MORE INFORMATION
Location
You are well and truly secluded here - 4 miles from the nearest pub and 22 miles from the closest town. Attractions like Inverary Castle and Dunstaffnage are almost an hour's drive away, but you'll be happy enough where you are - beside Ben Cruachan and Loch Awe, with a castle a boat ride away. This is a remote location, and that's part of its charm.
The hotel is a 40 minute-drive from Oban in the Scottish Highlands
By car: around 3 hours 30 mins from Edinburgh, 6 hours 30 mins from Sheffield and 9 hours from London. There is free parking on-site.
Style
Owner Bennie Gray has put a lot of thought and care into furnishing this pretty, rambling Victorian house brimming with antiques. The hotel avoids being too stuffy and has a style all of it's own.
