Located on the north side of avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, close to avenue George V, this luxury hotel is set amongst grand offices, wealthy residences and high-end shopping opportunities.
The hotel is in the 8th arrondissement. The nearest Métro station is Alma-Marceau; limited valet parking is available outside the hotel with more spaces nearby at a charge.
By plane: London or Manchester to Paris Charles de Gaulle takes 1 hour 15 minutes, after which, it's a 40-minute drive to the hotel. Parking costs €40 per day. Book flights to Paris.
By train: London to Paris Gare du Nord takes 2 hours 20 minutes, after which, it's a 20-minute drive to the hotel. Book trains to Paris.
Style
The Marquis de Sers commissioned this building in 1880 and you'll find his portrait amongst others as you arrive at the hotel. There's an air of finery, exemplified through the grand, red-carpeted staircase with a Baccarat crystal chandelier. Spacious lounges feature orchids.

We loved the foie gras with poached pear and toasted brioche followed by confit duck and mashed potato, washed down with a glass of red Burgundy.
