AperiBar is the hotel's chic restaurant and lobby cocktail bar. It serves a continental breakfast in the morning, while later in the day, dishes include antipasti, seafood and meats, pizza and pasta. The Spada alla Milanese (breaded swordfish, Calabrian chilli, capers and rocket) is a tasty option. The drinks menu is small, with six cocktails and a relatively small selection of wines and beers.
