The Old Rectory is located on the outskirts of Hastings Old Town, right next to All Saints Church on Harold Road, a charming street adorned with leafy trees. You'll find the independent Stables Theatre just across the road and if you fancy a bite to eat, The Crown, a trendy gastropub, is just a five-minute walk away. For those longing for a coastal break, the beach is a pleasant ten-minute stroll away.
There's plenty of free street parking nearby, and a bus stops outside with services to the town and the station.

Although the building's origins trace back to the 14th century, this delightful house combines elements from different eras. As you enter the main lobby, you'll find a unique throne crafted from antlers, whilst the lounge is a spacious and inviting area, complete with a beautiful stone fireplace that adds warmth and character. We loved the grandeur of breakfast time and the two-course menu, which kicks off with homemade honey granola or fresh fruit smoothies. The choice of hot dishes includes locally caught kippers with poached eggs and French toast with vanilla-dusted strawberries. The dining room has beautiful hand-painted wallpaper and overlooks the front flower garden.
The breakfast room: locally sourced produce. Sausages, bacon, granola, muesli, bread and preserves all made on-site. Two-course a la carte breakfast included in room rate. Served daily 8.30-10am.
