Dining at Les Parisiens is a treat and the bar offers views straight onto the street. Dishes showcase local ingredients and are presented with precision. The Brittany lobster with french fries and succulent corn-fed chicken from Les Landes were standout dishes, but the warm chocolate mousse 70%, hazelnut praline, foliage and buckwheat ice cream was outstanding.
