The restaurant serves Venetian classics - think local langoustine lightly grilled and served with salad or served raw as a carpaccio, followed by spaghetti con vongole with fresh clams or a rack of lamb with mustard and herbs. We loved the pistachio mousse, which was decadently rich.
Le Maschere: Venetian and Italian flavours, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
