Hotel Review
Hotel Una, Brighton, East Sussex
A seaside hotel with individually, quirkily designed rooms, some touting a sea view, others overlooking the city; floor to ceiling windows let ample light in as well as insight into Brighton life. They only serve breakfast but its tasty and the bar offers a good range of cocktails.

Style
This hotel is unique and a lot of thought and time has gone into collecting artefacts, artwork and artisan furniture. The whiteness of the walls contrasting with the antiques and unusual decorative items works well, blending old and new.

Restaurants & Bars
The hotel only serves breakfast, so you'll have to venture out for other meals. The small menu is decent, ranging from a full cooked breakfast to the lighter avocado on toast. We loved the homemade granola, organic yogurt and honey. The bar, however, has a diverse offering with tempting cocktails and mocktails and a good wine selection. The Cocomango mocktail was delicious, a concoction of mango, coconut syrup, and rich coconut milk.
Una Bar: intimate bar, comfy seats. Serving bespoke cocktails, wines and premium spirits. Open daily.
