MORE INFORMATION
Location
You're on a quiet-tree lined street away from the buzz and noise of the city centre - although it's within walking distance. This Victorian townhouse is set amongst other Georgian and Victorian buildings.
It's around a 15-minute walk from Grafton Street and 20 minutes from Trinity College.
By plane: Manchester, Birmingham or London to Dublin takes around an hour, after which, it's a 30-minute drive to the hotel. Free on-site parking available. Book flights to Dublin.
Style
This old redbrick Victorian building has been lovingly converted into a boutique hotel. Expect original features (decorative fireplaces, sash windows and high ceilings) along with exposed brick walls with wooden panels and richly patterned wallpaper. Every detail has been thought of and you can see the love that has gone into the design.
Service & Facilities
Facilities include a small bar and lounge and a conservatory opening out to a terrace - great for warmer weather. While there is no formal restaurant, a light bites menu is available. A great choice of cocktails, gins and teas are available on the bar menu.

Restaurants & Bars
The light bites menu consists of soup and sandwiches, charcuterie boards and salmon plates. As its name suggests, the Gin and Tea Rooms specialises in gins (with a selection of Irish and European gins) and a range of teas. We loved the breakfast - a colourful central display in the conservatory.

The Gin & Tea Rooms: cosy lounge, serving afternoon tea, light bites and craft gins. Open daily, 12-10pm.
